SMS Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number to Bliss Brothers Solar (a DBA of Solarplex LLC), through our website, during a phone call, or in any other context, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
Bliss Brothers Solar may send SMS messages related to your solar inquiry, including appointment confirmations, follow-up communications, lead qualification information shared with our internal team, and customer service updates. SMS is used for transactional and conversational purposes only.
2. Opt-In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Bliss Brothers Solar by (a) signing a written consent form (for internal employees), or (b) giving verbal consent during an inbound call when our automated intake system asks “May I send you a text message to confirm your appointment details and follow up on your solar inquiry?” SMS is only sent after consent is received.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Bliss Brothers Solar is not responsible for any carrier charges.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. You may also opt back in by replying START.

7. Privacy and Data Sharing
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data collected by Bliss Brothers Solar are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
